We stand behind the quality of our floristry and bouquet design services. If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.

Wedding and Event Orders

Due to the custom nature and advance preparation required for wedding and event florals, different cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: No refund

Corporate Contracts

Corporate floristry contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Please refer to your specific contract for detailed terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Quality Issues

If you receive flowers that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately with photos of the arrangement. We will:

  • Offer a replacement arrangement at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible or desired
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory solution

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered on the scheduled date or to the correct address due to our error, we will provide a full refund or replacement arrangement. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable to accept delivery
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Flower Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and the natural variation of flowers, we may need to substitute certain blooms with similar varieties of equal or greater value. We will maintain the overall style, color scheme, and value of your arrangement. If you have specific requirements, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept physical returns of delivered arrangements. All concerns must be addressed through our customer service team.
